Can anyone submit a map for kacky? How (and where) do you submit it?

Yes, anyone can submit to Kacky Reloaded. They are not currently looking for maps for their TM2020 events, but when they are, they will announce it on their Discord server: http://discord.gg/skgr5FU
E: If you don't like using discord, there should be a post in this forum in the "Map requests" section when the time comes.
