I'm a little unclear on this rule:

Are angle transition blocks that are mirrored considered to be the same as well? Would 2-3-8-3 and 2-3-9-3 count as the same block?

What about slope-to-tilt vs. tilt to slope? In other words, are 2-3-5-1, 2-3-5-2, 2-3-5-3, 2-3-5-4 all considered the same?

(For what it's worth, I like these sorts of MTCs with + and - points for various things--maybe not every time, but just for a change it's fun and different. )

Same here 2-3-5-1, 2-3-5-2 are consider the "mirror" of each other, same goes for 2-3-5-3, 2-3-5-4 but 2-3-5-1, 2-3-5-2 and 2-3-5-3, 2-3-5-4 arent the same
