To install the mod, simply take the mod link itself and place them in "choose URL" after this manipulation : hold down CTRL while opening a map in the editor and then select it in the menu that pops up, it doesn't work when creating a new track, so you'll have to add the mod after your first save of the map.

Yes, you can create a locator for the file and put the locator and the mod in Documents\Trackmania\Stadium\Mod\

And then use the Decoration Unlocker plugin in OpenPlanet to create a map with a NoStadium base using the mod.
