Welcome to the seventh Monthly Track Contest (MTC) in this new Trackmania!
Once a month, Trackmania Exchange organizes a mapping competition for the community that requires every participant to build a map following a changing theme. Participating is easy: Check out the theme for this month, build a map, and upload it to the official MTC mappack on this site!

All tracks will be rated by our official MTC judges and a winner is determined.

Theme of the Month: Upside Down
To begin this new year well lets shake everything a build upside down maps.
Main requirement is to build a track that have at least 15 secs "upside down" section.

Theme Information

Building a track upside down? It can be an full upside down map but it can be an map with only some parts that are upside down. It can be a FS map, a tech one, offroad, or whatever; point here is to be the most time upside down. Theme is pretty basic to make people participate, so the most you will be upside down the more points you will get in theme notation. We will maybe compt time of your map and make a percentage of the time upside down to make the note in theme category

General Rules

You may submit one track maximum

Duo tracks are allowed, but each map counts as one track for each author involved

MTC should be present in the track name. Example: "I unironically wear purple polo shirts (mtc)" or "MTC - Orange is a poor man's red" (check that any special characters do not break in the TM or MX track name)

The track should be built in the most recent version of the game

Blockmixing is allowed

Offgrid Mapping is allowed

Embedded items are allowed

Mods are allowed (remember to include locators!)

Press Forward, Left, Right, or similar tracks are NOT allowed

Deadlines

Your track should be uploaded before Sunday 24th at midnight EST. Submissions will continue to be accepted until I officially announce closure in this thread, which will likely occur the following EST morning.

Tracks submitted within the deadline will have 24 hours after submissions close to make any last minute edits.

Results are calculated and posted soon after public voting closes

The winner's track will be a featured track on TMX!
The winner will receive a professional screenshot by Gilli!

Maybe i missed something in the tread, but are custom blocks allowed?

I would take this statement to also cover embedded custom blocks.

at this point most of the, what u call, custom blocs are items so yeh everything this side is allowed
