Most likely it's probably an item checkpoint, right? You can go through all your item checkpoints and click the X on each one to remove all instances of it in your map. Then add back the checkpoints you want.

Having the car land in water will help it flip over. As a driver you can also turtle on hard surfaces and drive against some object to flip your car over.

The current limit for embedding items is 4 MBs (easily circumvented with the InfiniteEmbed plugin that comes with OpenPlanet). And the max filesize for servers for the entire map file is 6 MBs.
