There were indeed some issues with signs when the game was new. These were all fixed, as far as I know.

No, custom models aren't really supported in this game. I have to say, it makes for a much more consistent and enjoyable experience online. You don't have to worry about someone randomly joining with the Eiffel Tower or some other annoying custom...

Feel free to PM me on Discord and we can fix the account issue. But to change your nickname, you can click your avatar at top right. Then go to "Site Preferences" and change your "Display Name".
