Welcome TrackmaniaExchange,

and greetings to another creation of mine, putting you into an acient adventure as Icarus and his flight to the Sun, while the sourrounds made of towers are breaking appart during your journy.

As you noticed this map is a Stunt map and therefore the difficulty rised above the TOTD level.
Also something to celebrate: This is my really first REAL Fullspeed map. 👀 Which was kinda nessecary bc of the required speed for the stunts aswell to make these more consistant. I'm quite a noob in FS and SDs so I got some help to not make it totally misscalculated. This is definitely not a map for hunting bc of the inconsistant landings and other random shit that can happen with bonks.



:build: Estimated building time:
This one took me long. Like very long to build in both points route and scenery.
Route: I would say around 10-15h. This is bc of my lack of knowledge about FS maps, which required me to adjust parts for SDs. Making stunt are also hard, even more bc I tried to make these stunts pretty robust against angle or speed changes. Ofc this is not perfect but I tired my best, that many can enjoy to drive the stunts like a pro. :d
Scenery: Damn, 50 - 60h in total. This is my biggest scenery project so far. Not even "Cronus" got me to build such a long time. Why? bc this map has like 1 Million little pieces placed in Freemode to create some effect of towers breaking aparts. The Freemode towers were like hell bc of the autosnapping everywhere (also including the current bug of not autosnapping at all)
I actually placed even more parts than in this version, but the FPS was too low, that I decided to remove trees and little pillar parts. So yeah. I thought I already reached my limit of scenery on "Cronus", but this puts it on another level.

Total: ~75h (my biggest project so far, until my trial is coming :build: )


🎢 Track Deskription:
The track itself is ~50sec long with only plattform stunt transitions as well as some freemode route mapping.
100% tarmac.
ofc with MediaTracker, GPS, Intro, music, a custom "Flight Of Icarus"-Logo at the intro and the usual stuff.
Not fully Respawnable! I'm sorry. I hope this doesn't destory your fun on this map. 😬


🏅 Author Medal:
The author medal is driven by me. Just a little under 50sec, but possible is a 48.xxx ig. My SDs are mediocre at best.Hard to tell if the time is strong.


📸 Screenshot:
This time I made this thumbnail and I personally like it a lot. Tried a lot around to make it look cool and searching hard to find cool looking silhouette of Icarus. I'm happy with the result, which looks EPIC. :d

(I had this music in my head since the beginning of the project. So I edited the really cool parts and put it on the map)


🎮 Testers and Feeback:
I was quite happy for the really helpful feedback of   entrylag. I apprecied it a lot.
Another big thx for the "fake" sun made by   Macquaria. I love it and it really fits to the map's setting.💪


🗿 Easter Eggs:
What? A new section in my author comment? Yeah, my comments are getting even longer over time. 😘
This is like my 1st time to add some easter egg into a track, if we don't count the trial in "White Christmas"
I dedicated towers to some people helping me with the track or I had quite a lot to do with them. :d


🏗 Building Difficulties:
I definitly had some difficulties (this time with no solution :()

Connecting platform:
I personally dislike, when platforms in freemode don't connect properly with autosnap and leave this platform edges in the middle of the route. I'm sorry, but I don't have any advice for this other than wishing you good luck ig.

Freemode Autosnapping:
Another big problem I had on building this was the autosnapping on freemode scenery parts, since I had some issues that the block I was placing autosnapped to like 100 other parts, but not the one where I wanted it. Quite something that extended the building time. :/ And no snapping on freemode, omg, that is an evil nando feature.
