Flipped Tire

This is a shorter version of "Ripped Tire" as that map is over a minute long and thus not suitable for some competitions. As this map is meant to be played competitively, it is important to me that it, in theory at least, can be played in some tournaments.

For the longer version, look for "Ripped Tire". For the earliest iteration of this map, whose main flaw was a boring end, search for "Flat Tire".
