MTC - The Hills Have ICE

This is my submission for the december MTC.

The name of the track is a (bad) pun on the 1977 horror classic The Hills Have Eyes. The route takes you through icy hills and the village in the valley below.

While I'm not too happy with how the scenery turned out, I think it's definetely more detailed than my last submission.
The route turned out rather gimmicky, because i heavily leaned into the reactor boost and no engine wishes
While some lines are a bit tricky to get right, I still think the track is on the easier side and decent fun.
Also I decided to make it a multi-lap.

Requirements i think i meet:

- 1: Use a multilap start for the route to start and finish in - 5 points
- 2: Use two reactor boosters - 3 points
- 3: Include no engine parts that are all together at least ten seconds long - 5 points
- 7: Have two dirt turns in your map - 2 points
- 8: Drive on three blocks from folder 9 - 3 points
- 12: Use 8 different CPs - 4 points
- 13: Add three jumps or drops that are longer than two blocks (either horizontally or vertically) - 3 points
- 15: Use five custom blocks to drive on from Item Exchange - 3 points

Overall points: 28


I had a fun time building this, so I hope this is enjoyable to some of you But if you hate it that's also fine
