After more than a year of inactivity, I am back on trackmania with my first RPG map ever.
It was a great new challenge for me. Back in the past, I tried many times to build RPGs on tmnf and tm3, but I always gave up early on the project because it took too much time or i lacked of ideas.
I just had a 1-month window with a lot of time to spend on my PC, so I decided it was the perfect moment to come back on tmnf first, where i played a lot online, and then on tm3 for this mapping challenge. Today was the last day I could play, so I decided to rush the scenery to finish on time and be able to upload the map. After exactly 10 days of mapping (9 days for the route / 1 day for the scenery-mediatracker and last details), I can finally present you Biozone.

Biozone is a 10-minutes long pathfinding RPG map, including 25cps. Some of them which might be close-to-impossible for beginners. I have no idea how long the discovery run can take, it depends a lot on your skills, on your abilities to find a hidden way, and it also depends on if you use cam7 or not. But i would say, very approximately, that it would take around 1hours for a experienced player, but it might also take 30 minutes or 3 hours, i don't know.

I am quite happy with the route, unfortunately, I think the first few cps aren't as good as the rest of the map. The reason is because I came back to mapping, and the first cps were my very first ideas, then I to discovered all the new blocks and found some much better ideas imo. Once i finished the route i retouched some of the first cps but not all of them.

For the scenery, I did it all in one day (today), so I kinda rushed it. I would love to come back in the future and take my time to build a detailed and minimalist scenery, as there is so much possibilities on this game. I am not unhappy with this one, but it could be so much better at some spots, you will probably feel the rush of it around the map.

Rules : - The 5 best times made on this map before the 15th of January 2023 will receive a cashprize (250€ in total)

- You MUST collect all the checkpoints in the same order as indicated. I didn't get enough time to prevent cuts.
Examples : You CAN go from cp7 to cp8 by any other way than the "intended" route, as long as you don't collect any other CP on the way.
You CANNOT go from cp7 to cp8, by collecting cp9 (or any other cp) on the route.
This rule is because the intended way isn't always clear. But the CPs are all numbered from 1 to 25.
