Wet/Ice Tires On Plastic

This is something I have found a while ago while playing around in the map creator. Water tires on plastic are already hard enough, but if you take your car from water to some ice to freeze the tires (not just frost) and go on some plastic, it becomes incredibly unstable. I highly recommend LOL and Kacky mappers to try this mixture out. Took some time to get this author time, let's see if you can surpass this!
