Submission for Sept. 2020 MTC.

After a lot of different track ideas and experimentation (and time wasted), I settled with a small tech track that features a little bit of grass. I wanted to make the track relatively beginner friendly but difficult to optimize. The gold should be easy for anyone who is decent at tech. A sub 18 should be notably harder.
