that depends upon how many public votes are submitted. The more public votes, the more the public vote counts, but it is hardcapped at a 50:50 division.

Thanks for the clearence, maybe it is that zippyfile (which I use) is only usable for TMX nations. This is the new replay link, will also change it at the first post :D Fixed replay

True that. It seems TOTD is picked from the ingame review system and there is a wide range of mapper (and driver) skill there, from beginner to expert. Rating based on flow, feeling, smoothness, etc. is hard, rating based on looks is easy. Hopefully...

That's weird, works fine for me. Maybe the site isnt allowed in your country. Do you maybe have a recommedation site where I can better upload the replay file?
